The apartment with garden Apartment Two is located on the ground floor, under the Vasari Corridor, and overlooks with French windows the large private garden of Palazzo Dragomanni of which it has exclusive use together with Apartment One. From the rooms you can directly access the garden, which is a rarity for the centre of Florence, and stay in absolute silence, surrounded by nature, art and culture. Palazzo Dragomanni is crossed by the famous Vasari Corridor built by Cosimo I de’ Medici to connect Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi and Palazzo Pitti. Within a few metres you can walk to the best of Florence: to the right of the Palazzo you will first find Palazzo Pitti and then the Boboli Gardens, to the left, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and then the Duomo.

Features of the apartment
Open the large French windows in each room and you will be surrounded by an ‘Italian garden’ equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs where you can have breakfast or lunch in absolute relaxation away from the city traffic but in the historical center of the city.
The apartment has recently been completely renovated and measures 55 smq with 1 bedroom in contemporary style and 1 bathroom, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
• Living room with sofa bed with 2 single beds measuring 200×85 cm, dining table and well-equipped kitchenette which includes: induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, moka coffee machine.
• Double-twin bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 200×85 cm that can be perfectly joined together, equipped with an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a small SPA area equipped with: starry sky on the ceiling, brickwork seat with hot-cold waterfall, Kneipp path with cold water and chromotherapy.
Access to the apartment and the garden is through an entrance of Palazzo Dragomanni reserved for the two apartments at 11 via de’ Guicciardini.

• Laundry room of 15 smq equipped with washing machine, dryer, sink, equipped ironing table and clothes rack. Here there are also deck chairs, cushions and other garden accessories. The laundry room is for the exclusive use of the two flats. It is not inside the flats but overlooks the garden, next to the greenhouse.

Access to the garden is permitted only during the day and on weekdays, necessary for the maintenance of the garden and the building.
• Relaxation room of 27 smq it was created in the old greenhouse of the garden and is for the exclusive use of those staying in the two apartments. It is equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a table; here you can spend your time according to your needs and especially when the season does not allow you to take advantage of the outdoors. It is a great place to read, study or simply relax!
